At 302Signs, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the nature of our business, our return policy is as follows:
Custom & Personalized Items
- All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Non-Custom Items
- Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at 302signsde@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
