1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and personalized items may take longer depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Free local delivery is available within Pot Nets and surrounding areas. We also offer installation services for an additional charge.

4. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 302signsde@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
